The Boilermakers are the Big Ten regular season champions, and are coming off a thrilling win over Tennessee.
While all the talk will be on Edey, the Boilermakers guard play has been rock solid. When push comes to shove, betting the North Carolina State WolfPack is the way to go, but Purdue is going to win this game. Connecticut Huskies -11.5 over Alabama Crimson Tide

The victims this season have been Stetson, Northwestern, San Diego State and Illinois. The run that UConn had against Illinois was one of the greatest all time in NCAA Tournament history. UConn scored 30 straight points. The winners of the Big East come into the game with just three losses all season.
On the other side, Alabama has double-digit losses and was a 4 seed in the West Region. The biggest win for the Crimson Tide came in the Sweet 16 over North Carolina. Mark Sears is the man of the hour for Alabama. The lefthanded sharpshooter is coming off a 23-point performance. Sears has hit 17 three point shots on the season. The Crimson Tide are the top scoring team in all of College Basketball. But Alabama has not seen a defense like the UConn Huskies. Donovan Clingan makes things tough in the paint, and they are not going to give you open looks from deep.
Look for this to be one of those games that keeps expanding the lead. Alabama may contend early, but in the end, the Huskies win by 15. The final score prediction is UConn 82-67 over Alabama. That means we are going UNDER 149.5 in this game!

We are making this lineup before it happens. We will take the UConn Huskies to win their second straight national title with a win over Purdue. Coach Hurley and the Huskies are able to speed up Edey and keep it away from him in the post. The UConn Huskies knock down shots and make this a double digit win to take the national title. In this game we are going to take the UConn Huskies 77-67 over the Purdue Boilermakers. We are predicting 144 points, which will be UNDER the 149.5 that we are predicting for the total.
A season ago, the Huskies took down the title over San Diego State in Houston. The Huskies led by 12 points and halftime, and scored 40 second half points to win the title. Adama Sanogo was the MVP of the game, and the Huskies were favored by 7 points. 72.423 fans saw the game, and it was never really all that close.
