Chicago Bears +7.0 at Cleveland Browns
The Chicago Bears travel to Cleveland in Week 3 for a matchup with the Browns. Both teams are 1-1 on the young season, but it feels like Cleveland has gotten off to a much better start. Chicago really struggled in a Week 1 loss to the Los Angeles Rams, and it was the defense that came apart in that game. On Sunday, the Bears intercepted three straight passes thrown by Joe Burrow in a win over the Cincinnati Bengals. Cleveland is scoring 30 points per game, and they are racking up more than 154 rushing yards per contest. The Browns might have trouble running the football against the Bears, especially if that unit is fully healthy.
Justin Fields is expected to make this start for Chicago, and that makes the Bears more dangerous as well. It will still be tough for the Bears to come into Cleveland and win a game, but Chicago will at least keep it within seven points.
Tennessee Titans -5.0 vs. Indianapolis Colts
The Titans and Colts were expected to be the two best teams in the AFC South this season, and it looks like that might be the case. Tennessee is 1-1 to begin the season, while Indianapolis is still looking for its first win.
The Colts have had to deal with a ton of adversity already this season, and that will be the case on Sunday. Quarterback Carson Wentz has two sprained ankles and his status for Week 3 is still up in the air. The Colts' defense has not been as dominant as expected this season, and that has put too much pressure on the offense to deliver. Indianapolis will have to find a way to stop the run, but that's not easy against the Titans.
Derrick Henry was quiet in Week 1, but he exploded in the Week 2 comeback win over Seattle. The passing attack still has some room for improvement for the Titans, but Henry is always going to give this team a chance. The fact that Wentz won't be at 100 percent really hurts the Colts on Sunday, and it will be the Titans that get a monster win.
Kansas City Chiefs -6.5 vs. Los Angeles Chargers
AFC West rivals square off in Kansas City on Sunday when the Chiefs host the Los Angeles Chargers. Both teams suffered losses in Week 2, and each team sort of lost in a similar fashion.
Kansas City is scoring 34 points per game this season, but they also allow 32 points per game. It was the defense that let the team down on Monday Night Football, and that unit will be better in this one. Los Angeles just continues to put a ton of pressure on its young quarterback. Justin Herbert has thrown for 675 yards and two touchdowns this season, but he also has three interceptions.
Both teams want to hit on some big plays to score, but the Chiefs actually have the weapons to win games that way. Kansas City is at least 10 points better than Los Angeles, and they will cover the spread in Week 3.
Dallas Cowboys ML vs Philadelphia Eagles
The Dallas Cowboys will host the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football for a key matchup in the NFC East Division. Both teams have started off the season with a 1-1 record, and first place in the division will be on the line.
This will actually be the home opener for the Cowboys as they have started off the season on the road. The home crowd will provide an advantage for Dallas on Monday night, but the Cowboys also have a real weapon in quarterback Dak Prescott. Prescot is back to being fully healthy, and he looks nearly unstoppable through two games. The quarterback has thrown for 640 yards and three touchdowns, and he has also shown that he isn't scared to run the football.
Jalen Hurts has thrown for 454 yards and three touchdowns this season, and he has also been making plays with his legs. It has been the Eagles' defense that has led the way, but Philadelphia will have to score to stay in this game.
Dallis is a slight four-point favorite, but that is a little too tight. Bet on the Cowboys moneyline as they win the game to move to 2-1.
