NFL Week 13 Best Bets
We roll into December, and the National Football League sees some of the best games of the year this month. Let’s take a look at some of our favorite National Football League Bets for Week 13.
Dallas Cowboys -9 over Seattle Seahawks
There is not a team that looks better right now than the Dallas Cowboys. The defense has been great, and the offense is clicking on the same page right now. Seattle, on the other side, comes into this game beat up. Not just injuries, but with the status of their season. After Week 8, the Seahawks were tied with San Francisco for the top spot in the division. Now, they are two games back, and in danger of losing their third straight game. Oh yeah, the Seahawks go to San Francisco next week. Seattle is banged up, and the Cowboys are out for blood. Dallas win this game easily. It’s by double digits, so take Dallas.
Los Angeles Chargers -6 at New England Patriots
In what world are we picking the Los Angeles Chargers to not only win a game, but also cover nearly a touchdown spread? When they take on the worst team in the National Football League. The Patriots are that team. They may not have the worst record, but they are atrocious. Bailey Zappe or Mac Jones, it does not matter. This is a game for the Chargers to get healthy, and grab a win. Take the Chargers to cover the spread and blow out the Patriots in a tough season for New England.
Arizona Cardinals +6 at Pittsburgh Steelers
The Arizona Cardinals can be pesky. Kyler Murray is talented enough to keep the Cardinals close. Sure, that was not the case last week, as the Rams blew them out, but this is Pittsburgh. Kenny Pickett and his Steelers are not blowing anyone out. Look for a tight game here. In the end though, the Steelers should win straight, even if it is by a field goal. Take Arizona +6 in this road game on Sunday.
Atlanta Falcons -3 at New York Jets
In one of the ugliest games of Week 13, the Falcons are taking on the Jets. This is the first place the Atlanta Falcons that we are talking about. It does not seem to matter if it is Zach Wilson or Tim Boyle, the Jets stink each way. For Atlanta, Desmond Ridder was not great again last week, but the ground game, and their defense did the job. How are the Jets going to score enough to not only cover, but let alone win. The Falcons need the win, and the Jets seem to be wrapping up their season. Atlanta goes on the road and wins and covers the field goal spread on Sunday.
Philadelphia Eagles +3 vs. San Francisco 49ers
Arguably the two best teams in the National Football League. A rematch of the NFC title game from a season ago. This has potential top seed in the NFC on the line, which means home field advantage. Both teams have great players on both ends of the field. The Eagles are coming off back-to-back wins over the Chiefs and Bills. San Francisco has been red hot with three straight wins since they went to 5-3. Christian McCaffrey continues to run wild for the visitors, while Jalen Hurts is a MVP candidate for the home Eagles. Hurts rushed for his second touchdown of the game to give them an overtime win a week ago. Got to take the underdog. Why are the Eagles underdogs at home? We are taking them.
Green Bay Packers +6.5 vs. Kansas City Chiefs
Suddenly, this is a big game in the National Football League. The Packers, after their win on Thanksgiving over the Lions, are right in the postseason picture in the NFC. Jordan Love looked great last week. Now, can he be great at home against a really solid Chiefs defense? This game means a ton more for the Packers than it does the Chiefs. Kansas City is very likely going to win the AFC West, but they could use the win to keep their home field advantage out of the AFC alive. Look for a competitive game, but the Packers cover this spread at home.
Others in Consideration:
-
Miami Dolphins -9.5 at Washington Commanders - The Dolphins keep rolling, and sending Washington further down.
-
Los Angeles Rams -3.5 vs. Cleveland Browns - The Rams are another team surging. Getting back to .500 is a start for the postseason.
-
Jacksonville Jaguars -8 vs. Cincinnati Bengals - The Bengals are playing out the string for their season. The Jaguars should have no problems here.
There you go. Those are our National Football League Week 13 Best Bets. Enjoy the games and good luck with all your betting on the pigskin!
