Best NFL Week 10 Bets
Best NFL Week 10 Bets
The world turned upside down during Week 9 after seven of 12 underdogs prevailed on Sunday afternoon. There were a lot of sad bettors throughout America for this reason. However, it’s time to bounce back, and the Week 1 0slate is presenting bettors with a lot of outstanding wagers to win big.
Let’s get into the action! Here are the best bets for the tenth week of NFL action.
Baltimore Ravens -7.5 vs Dolphins
The Baltimore Ravens are reliable, and this was apparent on Sunday. The team was favored against the Vikings on Sunday, and they found a way to win. This was not the case for many of the favorites on the slate.
Lamar Jackson has looked sensational under center in 2021, and he has not shown any signs of slowing down. The Dolphins were expected to have a strong defense, but this has not been the case. On offense, Tua Tagovailoa has been a massive disappointment, and the group has not meshed. 80% of bettors like the Ravens on the spread. Both teams are 3-5 ATS in 2021, but Baltimore has been much more reliable. If you are afraid to place this spread wager, include the Ravens in your money line parlay.
Atlanta Falcons vs Dallas Cowboys -9.5
Cooper Rush and the Dallas Cowboys covered and defeated the Vikings in Week 8. After this win, many people thought the Cowboys were unstoppable. I was definitely part of this group, and this is why America hammered Dallas last week against a bad Broncos team.
The rough part about the NFL is that any team can win on any given Sunday. Denver traded away their best player in Vonn Miller and still found a way to dominate the Cowboys. Dak Prescott’s presence did not help Dallas. The team did not find the endzone until the final quarter of the game. If Dallas plays like they did last week against Atlanta, they will get blown off the field.
However, good teams typically bounce back, and the Cowboys are a very good team. They are 7-1 ATS in 2021, and you need to trust this record. The Falcons upset the Saints last week, but they are not a great football team. Atlanta has limited offensive weapons and a weak defense. They just played exceptional in Week 8, which led to a win. I think the Cowboys get back on the right track.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers -9.5 vs Washington Football Team
Tampa Bay and Washington are both coming off bye weeks, so they played no part in the underdog debacle last week. My reasoning for this game is very simple. The Buccaneers are a good team, and Washington is not playing up to their potential.
Washington was supposed to be one of the best teams in the NFC because of their electric defense. The defense has not shown up in 2021. Additionally, there is a massive quarterback problem in the franchise. Taylor Heinicke has played well, but he is not a guy who is meant to be a franchise player. This is why the team is 2-6 on the season and 1-7 ATS. The 9.5 line gives me a lot of confidence the Buccaneers will cover.
When Tom Brady gets cooking, Tampa Bay’s offense is very difficult to stop. The Buccaneers are 3-5 ATS this season, but this is better than Washington’s record.
Carolina Panthers vs Arizona Cardinals -10
The Carolina Panthers showed their true colors on Sunday against the Patriots. Christian McCaffrey returned to the lineup, and the team still had no fight. McCaffrey did not receive any blocking, and he did not look healthy.
Nevertheless, this was not the main issue for the team on Sunday. Sam Darnold threw three interceptions, and he looked very confused against Bill Belichick’s defense. Darnold is a backup quarterback who is in a starter’s role, and this is not a recipe for success.
The Cardinals are one of the best teams in football. Kyler Murray is making his case to be the player of the year, so he should have a field day against the Panthers on Sunday. Carolina is not terrible on defense, but the unit cannot recover from all the turnovers.
Kansas City Chiefs -2.5 vs Las Vegas Raiders
The Chiefs are no longer a legitimate Super Bowl threat, but they are still a talented team. The Raiders have faced a lot of adversity, and it showed on Sunday against the Giants. The team lost an ugly game to the Giants, where they turned the ball over three times.
Derek Carr and the offense were 1-6 for red-zone touchdowns. They outgained New York but allowed the Giants to stay in the game. The Chiefs are a better team than the Raiders, and this slim spread gives me confidence they will cover. Kansas City has not been trustworthy, but I do not trust the Raiders whatsoever. Best of luck with your Week 10 wagers!
