NFL Best Bets Week 9
NFL Best Bets Week 9
Not a bad Week 8. In Week 8 we saw all the teams in action within the National Football League. Week 9 we see four teams on bye. We also have the Sunday morning game from Germany. That may be the best game of the day as well. Let’s take a look at our Week 9 Against the Spread Bets to Consider:
Tennessee Titans +3 at Pittsburgh Steelers
The Titans looked much better last week with Will Levis under center. The Steelers still struggled with Mitchell Trubisky instead of Kenny Pickett. Pittsburgh cannot get any run game going, while the Titans should be able to. Sure, the Steelers are hungry and kind of desperate, the Titans have all the momentum. A short week should give them an opportunity to stack another win up here. Look for the Titans to win this ugly Thursday Night Football game. We are going to take the Titans straight up.
Miami Dolphins +2.5 vs. Kansas City Chiefs
This is the early morning game from Germany. It’s Tua and Tyreke against Patrick and Travis. It’s the Dolphins and the Chiefs. Two of the front runners to be playing in the AFC title game. Offense should be flowing in this game. WIth the travel, that puts the defensive units a little bit behind here. The teams score, and score a bunch, but in the end, the Dolphins out score the Chiefs. This game means a little more to Miami than it does Kansas City. Take Miami straight up in this game on Sunday in Germany.
Los Angeles Rams +3 at Green Bay Packers
Sean McVay and the Rams and Matt LaFluer and the Packers are both in trouble. Both teams are struggling, and both teams cannot seem to find their way out of the struggles. Matthew Stafford got hurt in their loss to the Cowboys, but we expect him to play. Stafford has seen the Packers in the past, and done well against them on several occasions. The Rams are going to go to Green Bay and likely put a dagger in the Packers season, even with it being Week 9. Look for Stafford to get his stud receivers involved, and the Packers offense to continue their struggles. The Rams win on the road here.
Washington Commanders +3 at New England Patriots
We are going to stick with the theme of road teams winning. Washington and New England. The Commanders are shipping guys off, but Mac Jones is the 32nd best starting quarterback in the league. Sam Howell, for all the issues Washington has been having, can move the football around the field. The Patriots struggle to pass and run. Despite a bad Washington defense, they still do enough to win this game. Take the Commanders on the moneyline, on the road.
Baltimore Ravens -5 over Seattle Seahawks
The Baltimore Ravens are trying to show fans that they are the best team in the National Football League. While that may or may not be true, they get a matchup against the first place Seahawks in this affair. Seattle has taken over the NFC West for San Francisco, who continues to struggle. Look for Lamar Jackson to take advantage of the soft spots in the Seattle defense. The Ravens win this game by a touchdown and cover the spread at home over the surging Seahawks.
Philadelphia Eagles -3 over Dallas Cowboys
We are excited for this game. It seems like every time the Dallas Cowboys get excited for a big game, they get ran off the field. The Cowboys last time they had a big NFC game got smacked by San Francisco. Sadly for them, it’s going to happen again. The Eagles are the defending NFC Champions for a reason. While they may not show it every single play of every game, Coach Siriani and his Eagles to set the tone. Set the tone that the Eagles are the team to beat in the division, and now the Cowboys. Take the Eagles by a field goal on Sunday.
Others to Consider:
-
Indianapolis Colts -3 over Carolina Panthers - The Colts need to make sure they stick with handing the ball off to Jonathan Taylor.
-
Cincinnati Bengals -3 over Buffalo Bills - The Hamlin rematch. Cincinnati has a ton of momentum right now.
-
Los Angeles Chargers -3 at New York Jets - Take offense over defense in this game, but it would not be a surprise if this game ended in a tie, neither team wants to win it!
There you have it. Let’s get some more wins this week, and get ourselves on the board for a monster month of November. Just two regular season months left, before the postseason gets going. Time to take down the bookie in the National Football League, and time to start now. Best of luck with all your National Football League betting and enjoy the games!
